• Pricing & Cancellations

Maashie also retains the right to cancel your order without prior notice as the result of insufficient quantities, inability to transport to your selected location, accuracy deficits with regards to pricing, product description, or on the case of identification of any fraudulent or fake identity complication identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department through further verification.

Kindly note that any amount received from you shall be credited back to you in case of cancellation by you only before the product has been shipped. Any cancellation from your side after shipment will be refunded or exchanged through return only. Thus, you will be requested to accept the delivery.

In the event of any dispute, you agree to notify Maashie of the same personality in private and allow 90 days for us to take action on such claims made by you or your representative. In the case of any implausible event that led to a failure to investigate within the stipulated period, you agree to serve as a legal notice containing a clear mentioning of the issue and proper evidence while allowing us 90 more days to explain or rectify the breach.

In the unlikely event of a settlement breach, you may initiate legal action or lodge a complaint against Maashie.in at the appropriate Court of Law or authorities like the Consumer Court. This Agreement shall be construed under the applicable Laws and Constitution of the Republic of India and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Honorable Courts of Uttar Pradesh only.
